SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you use our website, as part of the purchase process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails
about our website, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information via an inquiry, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Payment:
If you use your credit card to reserve a vehicle or order parts or a service, then Midtown RV Ltd. stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment
Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After
that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers.
SECTION 4 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose
your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services
they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

- We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. What we track collect and store while you visit our site:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order! We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site. Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Canada
Products on Shop RV Care can only be shipped within Canada.
- Orders can not be delivered to a PO Box or certain rural addresses.
- All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using the best possible method and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination, the size of certain items and courier delays due to weather conditions.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.
- Use the tracking number provided to follow your order (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours).
- Shipping restrictions and delays may apply to large items or hazardous goods. Details will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Here are our shipping rates per order, prior to taxes:

All product prices and shipping fees are in Canadian dollars (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Shipping surcharges may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination. Details will be provided at checkout.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept returns to our warehouse, within 30 days of receipt, for a full credit of the amount paid plus applicable taxes.
To be eligible for a refund, items returned must be unused, undamaged, re-saleable, in the original packaging and complete with all original components and manuals.
All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Refunds will not be allowed for any item that fails to meet the above criteria.
Items that are damaged upon receipt must be reported to our team by email within 15 days of the invoice date. If not reported within 15 days of the invoice date, a return may not be allowed.
Items that are defective within the eligible warranty period may qualify for exchange with a replacement item. Shop RV Care is happy to assist customers at obtaining replacement items, where possible.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will require the original order number including information about which items you wish to return and the reasons for returning. We will generate an RMA number for you and send you a label to use on the return shipment. You must use the provided label to ensure that your return shipment will be accepted by us.
Note: Returns that are not pre-authorized or that do not bear a valid RMA# will be refused and returned to you. All related shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Charge Refund Policy
Items that are defective within the eligible warranty period will generally qualify for free delivery of replacement items. You may be asked to forward a photo of the damaged item. This policy is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Items that are not defective and returned within the 30-day eligibility period are required to have freight prepaid, by the purchaser, with the required shipping label and RMA number attached.
